Archana Menon (b. 1991, Mumbai) is an Indian-born Architect and Furniture Designer currently based in New York. She is a recent graduate of Master of Fine Arts in Furniture Design at Savannah College of Art and Design.

She has received multiple awards and recognition including the “International Society of Furniture Designers’ (ISFD) 2020 Pinnacle Award”, “European Product Design Award”, “International Design Awards”. She was also the winner of the “Third Annual Hospitality Design/West Elm Student Product Competition” for her lamp collection, ‘‘Menon’’ which is produced and distributed by West Elm across North America including Canada. Her furniture and lighting collection, “primal-forms” has been showcased multiple times at ICFF+ Wanted Design Manhattan's and DesignMiami/.

Archana is a firm believer in blurring the lines between the disciplines of art and design. To her, the most gratifying part of being a designer is the exploration of material, form and understanding the overlapping disciplines in design. Her training as an architect frames the way she thinks about furniture, especially in her approach to materials. She is inclined to keep her work simple enough to honor their temporal qualities. Her aim is to combine current manufacturing technologies with craft techniques to create furniture that exudes a quality of permanence. She truly believes that thoughtful design leads to a better world.
